Currently has snow tires on it and handles the snowy conditions like a champ with the tires and AWD. This car is great and runs like a dream, as it should with only 8200 miles on it

This subaru has been fantastic! I've had almost no trouble, had to replace the rear disc brakes, and i also bought new cooper s5 all year tires for $1000. Tires have under 10k miles on them -- almost brand new. They have a full warranty at commercial tire till 50k miles! I'm the second owner, the first owner drove it to work daily for the first 92,000 miles -- mostly highway miles. I've had it for the next 14,000 miles and have kept pristine care of it just like the first owner. My reason for selling is i would like to get a small truck. A lot of those 14k miles are also highway miles. I drove it mostly on the weekends to go skiing, and walked or road my bike to school or work. Everything is stock. The car has never been rallied or raced. Always have kept a maintenance record and mileage record. Routinely had the fully synthetic oil changed every 3,000 miles or 4 months, whichever came first, just as recommended by subaru. According to the car's computer, the average mileage for the car since i've owned it is 22. 2 mpg. Seems like i get around 18-21 mpg in town and 23-27 mpg on the highway going 80 mph. The interior is pretty flawless, i've conditioned the leather seats and they have no cracks or cuts. The exterior is decent, a couple small scraps from disagreements with parking curbs, all covered with auto paint. However pictured in the first, and last 6 pictures, the cargo box is not for sale. The nada clean retail value for this car is $15,900, with the new tires i jumped it to $16,500. The nada value sheet is the last picture posted. The definition nada uses for clean retail value is:“a vehicle with no mechanical defects and passes all necessary inspections with ease; paint, body and wheels have minor surface scratching with a high gloss finish; interior reflects minimal soiling and wear, with all equipment in compete working order; vehicle has a clean title history.” this subaru meets this guideline.
